  2. Create a conducive environment: Minimise distractions in your environment as much as possible. Find a quiet and comfortable space to work, turn off notifications on your devices, and eliminate any unnecessary visual or auditory stimuli.

  3. Manage your time effectively: Set specific time blocks for focused work and allocate dedicated periods for tasks that require concentration. Use techniques like the Pomodoro Technique, where you work for a set amount of time and then take a short break to maintain productivity and avoid burnout.
